- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Advice: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store in a dry place at room temperature out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for small children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. An interaction with drugs that inhibit blood clotting cannot be ruled out. After taking ginkgo, slight gastrointestinal complaints or allergic reactions may occur very rarely.
