Gall Pharma Creatine Powder is a dietary supplement containing approximately 3000 mg of creatine per daily dose. Creatine promotes muscle growth, shortens recovery times after training, improves physical well-being and provides the body with energy.

The body uses an average of around 2 g of creatine per day. Half of this amount is replenished through the body’s own production, with the help of the amino acids L-arginine, glycine and L-methionine, whilst the other half is replenished through dietary intake.
