Gall Pharma Calcium + Vitamin D3 Capsules are a food supplement with 800 mg calcium and 5 µg vitamin D3 per daily dose. The combination contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and supports the immune system.

Calcium is the mineral with the highest content in the human organism and in most animals. It is mainly found in dairy products, vegetables and seeds. This element plays an important role in the human metabolism because it is involved in a large number of reactions. Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin D occupies a special position among the vitamins, as it can be formed in the skin with the help of UV-B rays from sunlight. However, in Central Europe, the amount of sunlight during the autumn and winter months is not sufficient to ensure an optimal supply. In addition, vitamin D can only be stored to a limited extent. It therefore makes sense to supplement your diet regularly, especially during the sunless months. With the discovery of further points of action for vitamin D, there are a multitude of new application possibilities which today go far beyond the known bone-mineralising effect.

How to use

Adults: take up to 3 x 2 capsules daily with liquid.
