Gall Pharma Brassica Capsules are a food supplement containing 250 mg of white cabbage powder per capsule. They help strengthen the immune system, support weight loss and protect cells from free radicals.
White cabbage is characterised by its high content of vitamins and minerals. Of all types of cabbage, white cabbage has the highest vitamin C content. The combination of vitamin C, vitamin E and carotenoids can help combat free radicals.
White cabbage owes its characteristic flavour to mustard oils. These phytochemicals are considered beneficial to health as, at least in laboratory tests, they can kill bacteria, strengthen the immune system and even inhibit the growth of cancer cells. White cabbage juice is also used in folk medicine to treat stomach ulcers and functional disorders of the liver and pancreas.
The white cabbage powder, produced using a gentle process, still contains all the valuable nutrients that might otherwise be lost due to the long cooking times required for the cabbage leaves.
