This high-quality supplement contains a carefully selected blend of micronutrients that help maintain normal bones. 

The combination of calcium, boron, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 provides the bones with essential nutrients that are often not obtained in sufficient quantities from the diet. Vitamin K, calcium and vitamin D are required for the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium and vitamin D are also required for bone development in children. Calcium and vitamin D help to reduce the loss of bone minerals in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic fractures. • Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid.
• Notes: If you are taking coumarin-type anticoagulants, use is recommended only after consulting a doctor. Warning: Contains a desiccant – do not swallow!

Ingredients

• Ingredients: Calcium bisglycinate (calcium bisglycinate, calcium carbonate); cellulose**; vitamin K2 (maltodextrin), boron-organic glycine (boric acid, glycine, microcrystalline cellulose), colecalciferol (mannitol, vitamin D3). **Capsule shell.
• Composition per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: 300 mg calcium (37 % NRV*), 100 µg vitamin K2 (MenaQ7®) (133% NRV*), 2 mg boron and 20 µg vitamin D3 (400% NRV*). *NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake.
