Directions
- Adults: Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid between meals.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age, as well as people with galactosaemia
Ingredients
- Ingredients: D(+)galactose, ashwaganda extract, green tea extract, bamboo leaf extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
- Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): 1350mg D(+) galactose, 30mg ashwaganda extract (of which 0.9mg withanolides), 30mg green tea extract and 15mg bamboo leaf extract (of which 10.5mg silicon).
