Japan GPH capsules contain 600 mg konjac powder in a hard gelatine capsule.
The main ingredient of konjac powder is glucomannans. These are highly colloidal polysaccharides which have an exceptionally high swelling capacity. The powder swells in the stomach after ingestion, 1 g binds around 200 ml of liquid.
Due to this property, Japan capsules lead to a great feeling of satiety, which is why they are suitable for supporting weight loss. This swellable powder achieves a long-lasting satiety effect.
