Form
Instructions
- Open the tabs on the main support and loosen the tabs on the belt support. Place the support around the lower back so that the pads are on either side of the spine and the curved edge is at the bottom.
- Place the tabs of the main support bandage around your waist and fasten the Velcro fastener at the front.
- Pull the straps of the belt support forwards and press them against the main support. Adjust the fit by changing the position of the straps on the belt support to achieve the level of support that is right for you.
