How to use

1. Place the foot in the elasticated part. The picture shows the left ankle joint (for the right ankle joint, turn the support inside out).
2. Place the bandage around the ankle as shown in figures 2 and 3.
3. Close the Velcro fastener on the support. You can adjust the strap to the desired level of comfort. If possible, the fastener should not rest on the instep, as this can interfere when wearing shoes.
