Directions for use

1. Place your foot into the elastic section. The illustration shows the left ankle (for the right ankle, turn the support inside out).
2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
3. Fasten the Velcro fastener on the support. You can adjust the strap to your preferred level of comfort. The fastener should ideally not rest on the instep, as this may cause discomfort when wearing shoes.
