How to use
- Fructaid® is taken before a meal containing fructose. Please remember that fructose is also contained in many drinks, e.g. fruit juices and all drinks sweetened with normal household sugar.
- You will achieve the best effect if you take 1 to 4 capsules with liquid a few minutes before meals and drinks containing fructose. If you do not know whether a meal or drink contains fructose, you can also take Fructaid® as a precaution, as Fructaid® has no undesirable effects. Fructaid® can be used up to 4 times a day. Children over 100 cm tall should not take more than 10 capsules per day.
- Individual dosage: Every body is individual. This is why the degree of sensitivity to fructose in food varies. It is best to test for yourself which amount of Fructaid® is right for you. In addition to your personal sensitivity, this naturally also depends on the fructose content and the composition of the food or drink consumed. As a rule, 1-4 capsules per meal are sufficient.
- Note: Fructaid® is not intended for people with hereditary fructose intolerance. Diabetics must calculate the fructose content of the respective food or drink as glucose when using Fructaid® and may only use Fructaid® under medical supervision. Fructaid® must not be taken in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children only after consulting a doctor. Do not use after the expiry date (see imprint on the folding box and blister). Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
