These specially designed adhesive plasters are ideal for the FreeStyle Libre and Libre 2 Plus sensors. They ensure a reliable hold and prevent the sensor from coming loose accidentally – even during sport, when sweating or in the shower.

Directions for use
- Ensure that the skin area is dry, clean and free from creams or sweat.
- If necessary, clean the skin with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry completely.
- Carefully remove a plaster from the packaging without touching the adhesive surface.
- Place the plaster with the cut-out centred over the Freestyle Libre / Libre 2 sensor.
- Gently press down on the adhesive surface and carefully smooth down the edges to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Warnings: The plaster is intended solely for securing the Freestyle Libre sensor and must not be applied directly to wounds or broken skin. When removing the plaster, proceed slowly and carefully to avoid skin irritation or accidental detachment of the sensor. The plaster is intended for single use only. Reuse may reduce the adhesive strength and compromise hygiene.
