How to use

1. Shake the container 1-2 times.
2. Press the metal ball down for 2 seconds (until a foam comes out). You will hear a hissing sound.
3. Massage each foot with gentle, circular movements for at least 2 minutes. If necessary, the process can be repeated at any time.
