The Flocare® PURSOFT CH 8–60 cm is a plasticiser-free feeding tube made from biostable polyurethane, suitable for short- to medium-term enteral feeding. It is soft, flexible and patient-friendly.
The Flocare® PURSOFT tube is a transparent, transnasal tube made of polyurethane (PUR). It is available as a paediatric, gastric and small bowel tube, and with or without an oral guide wire. The Flocare® PURSOFT tube has an ENFit connector, which is incompatible with Luer and ENLock connectors.\n
Features
- All Flocare® PURSOFT tubes are made from a biostable, plasticiser-free polyurethane material. They are suitable as cost-effective standard feeding tubes for short- to medium-term nutritional therapy (approx. 6 weeks)
- Featuring 3 white contrast stripes, length markings every cm, length indications every 2 cm and blue ink for length markings/indications for improved visibility
- With ENFit connector -> incompatible with Luer and ENLock connectors

Use: short- to medium-term (up to 6 weeks). Start feeding after confirming correct placement, either by X-ray or by aspiration of gastric juice > pH measurement (pH < 4).
