Figureform® Alkalising Mineral Powder Express is a concentrated, balanced dietary supplement with calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Application:

Standard dose: Dissolve 1 slightly heaped teaspoon (= approx. 5 g) in water twice a day, once at least 1 hour after breakfast and once at least 1 hour after dinner, and drink.
Maintenance dose: Dissolve 1 lightly heaped teaspoon in water once a day at least 1 hour after dinner and drink.
Note: Figureform® Alkaline Mineral Powder Express should not be dissolved in mineral water, fruit juices or other acidic drinks.

Special instructions:

Suitable for harmonising stomach acidity. Recommended at the start of every deacidification programme. Also before going to bed as an alkalising drink.
