Sweet clover is a plant species from the legume family (Fabaceae). In folk medicine, sweet clover has always been used as a tea to support varicose veins and haemorrhoids. The ointment can be used to support vein care. Sweet clover is used externally to treat bruises, sprains and superficial haematomas.
