The Pater Severin sticky herb ointment is used for massaging into the skin and is carefully produced according to an old monastery recipe.
The sticky herb can do much more than stubbornly cling to clothing during walks. In the Middle Ages it was used as an antidote to viper bites and in the kitchen it was used to flavour vegetable dishes and soups. Carefully incorporated into an ointment base made from almond and jojoba oil, it serves as a source of radiant skin. Cleavers successfully suppresses the growth of fungi and bacteria. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it can therefore be used to treat damage caused by oxidative stress. Clematis ointment is therefore a universal ointment for blemished and problematic skin
