The Father Severin hay flower spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. Made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of hay flowers.

Hay flowers (Flores graminis) belong to the meadow grasses (Poaceae). In folk medicine, hay flowers are used for poultices, compresses and baths to relieve pain, calm and relax tense muscles. They are used internally to strengthen the body's defences, for colds, coughs and fever, as well as rheumatic complaints.
