Father Severin Fennelwood Drops are an oral food supplement made from a 100 % aqueous/alcoholic extract of sassafras wood.
The fennel wood tree, native to North America, has a long tradition. For some Native American tribes it was sacred, as its extracts were regarded as a love charm. Fennelwood tincture contains a natural extract of sassafras wood, the scent of which was once prized for perfumes. Fennel wood was also used in early toothpastes. Nowadays, the properties of this special tree are being rediscovered: fennel wood drops have a beneficial effect on insect bites and soothe aching joints. They also aid digestion and help with menstrual problems
