The barberry root bark ointment from Father Severin is a traditional natural remedy made according to an old monastery recipe for skin care.

The peeled bark of the barberry root is used for the barberry root bark ointment. The extract it contains is rich in berberine (12 - 15 %), an alkaloid with astringent properties that regenerates damaged skin and reduces growths. This ointment is also ideal for the treatment of acne and blemished skin, as it clarifies and protects the skin.

For skin care.
Advice: For external use only. Only apply to intact skin. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation occurs. Do not get in eyes or apply to mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients

Composition: Lanolin, Berberis Vulgaris Root Extract (Alcohol, Aqua, Berberis Vulgaris Root), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil. Only cold-pressed, 100% natural organic almond oil from Fandler is used in the manufacture of this product.
