Unguentum Cereum (hydrophobic wax ointment) is a preparation for external use consisting of yellow wax (Cera flava) and peanut oil (Oleum Arachidis). Peanut oil protects the skin and cares for dry, flaky skin. Unguentum Cereum also serves as a basis for the production of other ointments
