Salicylic acid is used to treat a variety of skin conditions. Salicylic acid is an organic acid and is known for its keratolytic and antiseptic properties. A major advantage over fruit acids is that salicylic acid can penetrate deeper into the skin’s pores. The outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum) is loosened and dead skin cells are shed. This accelerated exfoliation stimulates the skin to renew itself more quickly. Blemished skin also benefits from the positive effects of salicylic acid.

- Salicylic acid is a substance for topical application. Apply the salicylic acid-containing product evenly to cleansed skin several times. Repeated application is beneficial. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
- Notes: Avoid contact with the eyes; keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. This product is not a cosmetic, a medicinal product or a food supplement.
