Pater Severin Orange Peel Spray is a dietary supplement for oral use, based on an old monastic recipe. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of orange peel.
Dried orange peel contains valuable constituents including essential oil, bitter compounds, carotenoids and hesperidin. A tincture is obtained from the fresh peel. The dried peel is used as a general tonic and to enhance flavour. Furthermore, it is said to possess, in particular, appetite-stimulating and digestive-promoting properties.
