Ready-made table mustard (as we know it from the kitchen) offers many benefits, particularly when it comes to digesting fatty foods. Mustard has anti-inflammatory properties and helps improve blood circulation. Its beneficial effects are particularly evident in the lungs and respiratory tract. Furthermore, it aids the digestion of fatty foods. Mustard plasters are shown to have positive effects in cases of colds, bronchitis, rheumatic complaints and joint inflammation.
