Pater Severin Lovage Root Spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of lovage root.
Lovage is said to have haemostatic, diuretic, antispasmodic, expectorant and diaphoretic properties. The roots contain plenty of essential oils with up to 70% alkyl phthalides, which is why the drug is often used as a flushing therapy for urinary tract infections and to prevent kidney gravel.
