Pater Severin Lemon Balm Spray is a dietary supplement for oral use, based on an old monastic recipe. It is made from a 100 per cent aqueous/alcoholic extract of lemon balm.
Lemon balm is known for its beneficial properties in relation to difficulty falling asleep, inner restlessness and stress. The lemon balm tincture can be taken internally, but can also be used externally, e.g. as a compress.
