Pater Severin Iris Root Spray is a dietary supplement for oral use, based on an ancient monastic recipe. It is made from a highly pure aqueous/alcoholic extract of iris root.
The violet root, also known as iris root or tooth root, belongs to the iris family (Iridaceae). As well as having a pain-relieving effect, the root is also said to have an expectorant effect. In folk medicine, preparations made from the root are used primarily as a flavouring, expectorant and mucilaginous agent for colds. It is also said to have beneficial effects on bronchitis, bronchial asthma, circulatory weakness, flatulence, headaches, migraines and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients
Composition: Iris root spray contains a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of iris root. The extract is prepared in a 1:5 ratio in accordance with the specifications of the Pharmacopoeia. Alcohol content: 66 % vol.
