Improved blood circulation creates a feeling of warmth. It also aids recovery following painful overexertion of muscles and joints. Camphor also soothes the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Peppermint essential oil is obtained from the fresh above-ground parts of the peppermint plant by steam distillation. It has both cooling and warming properties, relaxes the muscles and soothes strained joints and parts of the body.

Directions for use
- Adults: To be massaged into the skin.
- Notes: Apply only to intact skin. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after applying the ointment. Do not use on infants or young children, or during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Store out of the reach of children at room temperature.
