Pater Severin DHEA 6.5 mg vaginal suppositories provide natural relief from vaginal dryness or itching and other menopausal symptoms in mature women.

St. Severin suppositories are developed using traditional methods and hand-moulded. These fat-based preparations contain natural fats which, at body temperature, release the carefully selected ingredients so that they can work where needed. Furthermore, the naturally pure fats we use also exert their moisturising, protective and emollient properties within the body. Our suppositories are produced without preservatives and are free from synthetic fragrances. DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a steroid hormone produced primarily in the adrenal cortex which regulates hormonal metabolism, including the synthesis of oestrogen. As we age, the body’s own production of this hormone decreases dramatically.

This can lead to dryness and itching in the vaginal area, accompanied by difficulties during sexual intercourse. DHEA strengthens the body’s defences, promotes a positive mood and supports stress resistance. When applied to the vagina, in combination with wool grease, it helps maintain a healthy vaginal flora in mature women. The vagina is soothingly moisturised, itching subsides and sexual intercourse can once again be enjoyed.

Insert 1 vaginal suppository into the vagina in the evening.
Notes: Discontinue use immediately if any skin irritation occurs. Wash your hands before and after use for hygiene reasons. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow.
