Pater Severin Coriander Spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of coriander fruits.
Like caraway, aniseed and fennel, coriander is a plant species of the umbelliferous family (Apiaceae). Coriander fruits contain essential oil as the main component, tannins, vitamin C, sitosterol, protein and fatty oil. Essential oils have bactericidal and fungicidal properties and are used for flatulence and as an antispasmodic.
