Peppermint essential oil is obtained from the fresh above-ground parts of peppermint by steam distillation. It creates both a cooling and warming sensation on the skin, which can also reach into deeper layers. This is soothing and relaxing for strained muscles and joints, especially along the spine.

• apply a hazelnut-sized amount 2 - 3 times a day and massage in.
• Instructions: Shelf life: 60 months at room temperature. Only use on intact skin. Do not apply to mucous membranes, open wounds or eyes. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions of the skin such as redness, itching and skin rash may occur. Wash your hands well after rubbing in the ointment. Do not use on infants and small children or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children.
