Arnica (Arnica montana) belongs to the Asteraceae family. The plant, known since the 18th century, is a protected species. Arnica flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids and sesquiterpene lactones. These soothe the skin and underlying tissue and prevent the colonisation of germs. It is beneficial for stressed skin and overly stressed tissue after sporting activity and supports the mobility of muscles and joints. Arnica is also suitable for elastic blood vessels

- Massage into the skin
