Directions for use

• Mix 2 drops with 10 ml of organic carrier oil and rub into the chest area before going to bed.
  
• For use in aromatherapy, particularly during sensitive life stages (children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, the elderly, pre-existing conditions), consult specialist literature for the appropriate choice of oil and various methods of application. Essential oils are highly fragrant substances; therefore, caution is advised for those prone to migraines or epilepsy, as well as for young children, and when using them to fragrance rooms where pets are present. Individual components may be skin irritants; therefore, always dilute the oils and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
