This essential oil from the Italian region of Piedmont aids concentration and mental work. Thyme Thymol is considered fiery and potent. A highly invigorating and fortifying essential oil for times of mental and physical exertion. All types of thyme are typical winter scents.

Usage
- Due to its high concentration, it is best mixed with other lighter essential oils. Irritating to the skin; do not use undiluted. Avoid during pregnancy and in young children, as well as in cases of high blood pressure and epilepsy.
- Warnings: For use in aromatherapy, particularly during sensitive life stages (children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, the elderly, pre-existing conditions), consult specialist literature for the appropriate choice of oil and various methods of application. Essential oils are very strongly scented substances; therefore, caution is advised for those prone to migraines or epilepsy, as well as for young children, and when using them to scent a room where pets are present. Individual components may irritate the skin; therefore, always dilute the oils and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
