Swiss stone pine essential oil, also known as Arve, is extracted from wood waste resulting from storm damage and forest management. This species of pine grows in the highest Alpine regions and is very tough and resilient; its associated qualities are strength, courage and determination. • Apply a few drops to a scent diffuser, e.g. a scent stone or similar.
• For use in aromatherapy, particularly during sensitive life stages (children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, the elderly, pre-existing conditions), consult specialist literature for the appropriate oil selection and various methods of application.
