This woody, spicy essential oil is extracted from the needles and cones as a by-product of timber harvesting. The scent of the spruce needle essence evokes the feeling of freshness and clarity experienced during a walk in the woods. Spruce needle oil invigorates and strengthens in cases of tiredness and weakness. It lifts the spirits, boosts confidence and imparts a fresh vitality. A classic sauna oil. Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
