Indian frankincense comes from the 'Boswellia Serrata' plant and has a slightly fresher and lighter fragrance than Arabian frankincense. Frankincense is a very important ingredient in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. The properties of this essential oil are comparable to those of Arabian frankincense: it is grounding, calming and purifying.
