Instructions for use
- Loosen the fastenings on the calf and foot straps. Slide your foot through the calf strap until the support is positioned on the top of your foot.
- Adjust the position of the support so that the calf strap sits approximately 5 cm above the ankle. Adjust the calf strap on both sides to ensurea firm but comfortable fit.
- Position the wider part of the foot strap in the centre , under the ball of the foot. Fasten the fastener at the wider end of the foot strap onto the top of the support.
- Lift your toes, wrap the remaining strap around your foot and fasten it.
