How to use

1. Loosen the fasteners on the calf and foot straps. Slide the foot through the calf strap until the bandage rests on the top of the foot.
2. Adjust the position of the bandage so that the calf strap is approximately 5 cm above the ankle. Adjust the calf strap from both sides to ensurea firm but comfortable fit.
3. Position the wide part of the foot strap in the centre under the ball of the foot. Attach the fastener to the wider end of the foot strap on the top of the bandage.
4. Pull up the toes, wrap the remaining strap around the foot and attach the fastener.
