Directions for use

• Open the Velcro strap and position the support so that it sits comfortably under the arch of the foot (the foot symbols should be facing the inside of the arch).
• Secure the support using the hook-and-loop fastener on the top of the foot. Pull the support over the arch of the foot using the hook-and-loop fastener.
• Alignthe foot symbol on the strap with the foot symbol on the insole.
• Note: It is recommended that you wear the supports for 4 hours on the first day and then increase the wearing time by 1 to 2 hours each day. If , after a week , you feel you need more support, switch to the dark blue insole and again gradually increase the wearing time day by day. The supports should be worn on both feet to ensurecorrect posture .
