How to use

• Open the Velcro strap and apply the support so that it sits comfortably under the arch of the foot (the foot symbols should point to the inside of the arch).
• Attach the support to the top of the foot using the hook loop. Pull the support with the hook loop over the arch of the foot.
• Align the foot symbol on the strap with the foot symbol on the insole.
• Note: It is recommended that you wear the supports for 4 hours on the first day and then increase the wearing time by 1 to 2 hours each day. If you feel you need more support after a week, switch to the dark blue insole and gradually increase the wearing time from day to day. The supports should be worn on both feet to ensurecorrect posture .
