How to use

1. Undo the front straps and open the back straps and fasteners. Place the support with the wide end towards the thigh and the patella ring over the kneecap.
2. Close the support at the back, first at the bottom and then at the top.
3. Guide the straps through the buckles for additional stabilisation. Adjust all buckles so that you have a firm but comfortable fit.
4. When tightening the straps, make sure that the fasteners remain on the side of the centre line of the leg.
