Instructions

1. Loosen the straps at the front and open the straps at the back as well as the fastenings. Position the support with the wide end against the thigh and the patella ring over the kneecap.
2. Fasten the support at the back, first at the bottom, then at the top.
3. Thread the straps through the buckles for additional stabilisation. Adjust all the fasteners so that the support feels secure yet comfortable.
4. When tightening the straps, ensure that the fasteners remain on either side of the leg’s midline.
