- Take 4 soft gums per day.
- Note: Food supplement with B vitamins, chromium and plant extracts. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Contains caffeine (3.6 mg per daily dose), therefore not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children. Permanent weight loss can only be achieved with a controlled, healthy diet. Contains wakame and turmeric. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants. Should not be taken by people with iodine sensitivity or thyroid disorders (maximum 138 μg iodine per daily dose).
