FEMANNOSE®N uses the innovative active ingredient D-mannose to treat urinary tract infections and bladder inflammation caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria.
Active ingredients
The active ingredient inFEMANNOSE®Nis D-mannose, a natural monosaccharide obtained from non-GMO maize. D-mannose reaches the bladder unmetabolised and deactivates the E. coli bacteria there, which are then flushed out with the urine. D-mannose also prevents new E. coli bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall. No resistance is formed. Each sachet contains 2 grams of D-mannose.
Application
FEMANNOSE®Ncan be used in acute cases and for the prevention of urinary tract infections and cystitis. In acute cases, 3 sachets are taken on the 1st to 3rd day and 2 sachets on the 4th and 5th day. For prevention, 1 sachet per day can be taken. The granules are dissolved in water.
FEMANNOSE®Ncan be used by adults and adolescents from the age of 14 and is also suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and diabetics.
