FELIWAY® Optimum refill bottles are designed to refill the FELIWAY® Optimum diffuser. The scent helps your cat maintain a lasting sense of calm. One refill bottle lasts for approximately 30 days.
FELIWAY® Optimum combines various ‘feel-good’ signals from cat pheromones in an optimal way to promote even greater calm, harmony and relaxation in your home.
FELIWAY Optimum contains the most advanced and effective composition of cat pheromone components that the FELIWAY research team has developed to date, to help with:
- Urine marking
- Scratching
- Tension and conflict between cats
- Hiding
- Reactions to change
Up to 30 days of calm.
Good to know
- FELIWAY Optimum refills must be used with a FELIWAY plug-in diffuser.
- Each refill lasts approx. 30 days.
- 1 diffuser covers up to 70 m² of living space. This is roughly equivalent to a three-room flat or a small house.
- To ensure the diffuser works effectively, it should not be placed under a shelf, behind doors, curtains or furniture, or near the cat’s litter tray.
Cats communicate via natural messages in the air, known as pheromones. The new cat pheromone complex in FELIWAY® Optimum conveys calming messages to cats, promoting even greater balance. This holistic message helps cats feel at home and fosters even greater harmony between cats living together.

Directions for use
- For even happier and more balanced cats, leave the diffuser plugged in round the clock.
- Replace the bottle every 30 days or as required.
- The diffuser should be used continuously for at least 30 days. FELIWAY® Optimum can be used continuously to promote lasting calm and relaxation. Cats benefit from continuous use, particularly in multi-cat households.
- After 30 days, the bottle will be empty and should be replaced with a refill bottle.
- Check the diffuser every month and replace it with a new FELIWAY® Optimum Starter Kit after a maximum of 6 months.
- Plug the diffuser into a socket in the room where your cat spends most of its time. You can also plug the diffuser into a socket in the area where fights and conflicts usually take place.
- To ensure the diffuser works effectively, it should not be placed behind doors, under curtains or shelves, or near the litter tray.
- For rooms larger than70m², we recommend using an additional diffuser.
- Warnings: May be fatal if swallowed or if it enters the respiratory tract. If medical advice is needed, have the packaging or label to hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read all instructions carefully and follow them. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON INFORMATION CENTRE or a doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and national regulations.
