Holiday plans, weekend trips, new furniture, renovation work, parties, visitors staying for several days. Our lives are full of temporary, stressful situations that can unsettle our cats. When cats are faced with challenging situations and feel stressed, this can manifest in various signs and behaviours, such as urine marking, scratching or hiding.

FELIWAY® Help! is the perfect solution to help your cat feel at ease in these stressful situations and prevent stress-related behaviour. Your cat may react with stress to a wide variety of situations. These include, for example, the absence of trusted people due to business trips, short holidays or weekend getaways. Visitors, parties, as well as renovations and new furniture can stress your cat due to loud noises, unfamiliar smells and other associated changes. The calming signals in FELIWAY® Help! – known as pheromones – can help your cat stay relaxed and calm during these temporary situations.

Good to know

Each diffuser is sufficient for an area of up to 50m².
To ensure that the calming pheromones contained in the cartridge are released into the air, FELIWAY Help! should not be placed under shelves, behind doors, furniture or curtains.

How can FELIWAY® Help! support your cat?

It is best to start using the pheromone diffuser 2 days before the stressful situation. The calming pheromones it contains are released into the air to help your cat feel safe and comfortable. One pheromone cartridge lasts for 7 days. Continue to provide your cat with a sense of security and insert a new cartridge after 7 days. FELIWAY® Help! uses natural calming signals from cats: so-called pheromones. This helps cats to feel relaxed and safe. The pheromones it contains can only be detected by cats, not by humans or dogs. Odourless.

Directions for use

Ideally, FELIWAY Help! should be used two days before the upcoming stressful situation.
To do this, plug the FELIWAY Help! diffuser into a socket in your cat’s favourite room.
One FELIWAY Help! pheromone cartridge provides seven days of relaxation.

Easy to use:

Open the packaging of a FELIWAY Help! pheromone cartridge.
Pull the tab on the cartridge to remove the aluminium protective foil.
Insert the cartridge into the plug. Press it firmly into place until you hear a ‘click’.
Place FELIWAY® Help! in a socket in your cat’s favourite room. When fitted correctly, the plug will point slightly to the side, as shown.

Notes: For use with a standard socket (220V – 230V). Do not use with extension leads, adaptors or voltage converters. The cartridges must ONLY be used with the FELIWAY® Help! plug.
