As the lips have almost no sebaceous glands, they are not sufficiently supplied with oil. Extreme heat and cold can cause them to become very dry and therefore chapped and cracked, even leading to open sores. Exmonte lip balm can counteract this dehydration very successfully. The addition of Swiss stone pine oil increases resistance to extreme weather conditions. Even in normal weather, the lips should always be sufficiently moisturised. It is therefore advisable to use Exmonte lip balm all year round. Your lips will thank you for it.
