UV light is the main cause of sun-induced skin damage, but high-energy visible light (HEVIS) can also generate free radicals that put additional stress on the skin.

Eucerin Sun Body Allergy Protect Gel-Cream SPF 50+ is a sunscreen for face and body that has been specially developed for sun-sensitive skin and skin prone to sun allergies such as polymorphic light dermatosis (PLE).

The sunscreen for sun allergies offers very high UV protection. Eucerin's Advanced Spectral Technology combines these broadband and photostable UVA/UVB filters with Licochalcone A, which neutralises free radicals caused by UV and HEVIS light. In addition, the formulation contains alpha-glycosylrutin, which helps to prevent sun-induced skin reactions such as PLE (polymorphic light dermatosis).

The unscented gel-cream minimises the risk of skin irritation, is non-greasy and non-sticky, absorbs quickly and is extra water and sweat resistant.

How to use

• Apply generously, allow to absorb completely and repeat regularly (especially after bathing, sweating and drying off).
• Advice: Smaller quantities reduce the protective effect considerably. Avoid direct contact with textiles to prevent discolouration.
