Active ingredients

• Salicylic acid: Salicylic acid is a particularly effective ingredient that combats the symptoms of blemished skin: clogged pores and bacterial growth. For this reason, it is a key ingredient in several Eucerin DERMOPURE formulas. Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid that has keratolytic (i.e. it removes dead skin cells and softens the skin) and comedolytic (i.e. it opens clogged pores) properties. Overall, it improves the appearance of the skin: it reduces blemishes and prevents new blemishes from forming.
