How to use
Take 2 Mucosa capsules in the morning before breakfast and 1 Acidophilus capsule in the evening before going to bed with liquid.
Ingredients
Daily dose (3 capsules) corresponds to: 360 mg phosphatidylcholine powder (at least 349 mg phospholipids, of which 108 mg phosphatidylcholine), 100 mg chamomile flower extract (corresponds to 400 mg chamomile flower), 120 mg Vit. C (150% NRV), 100 mg chondroitin sulphate, 100 µg biotin (200% NRV), 5 µg Vit. B12 (200% NRV), 10 mg zinc (100% NRV), 500 million lactic acid bacteria, 250 mg inulin

- Mucosa capsules: Phosphatidylcholine powder (25.34%), filler pea fibres, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose*, L-ascorbic acid (8.45%), chondroitin sulphate, obtained by microbial fermentation and sulphation (7.41%), chamomile flower extract (chamomile flower extract, carrier maltodextrin) (7.04%), zinc gluconate (5.55%), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, D-biotin (carrier maltodextrin, D-biotin) (0.7%), methylcobalamin (carrier dicalcium phosphate, methylcobalamin) (0.04%).
