Take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid.
Note:
- Do not exceed a daily dose of 800 mg EGCG.
- The green tea capsules should not be taken on the same day as other products containing green tea.
- Do not take on an empty stomach.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children under 18 years of age.
