Espara Cinnamon Nopal Capsules are a food supplement with cinnamon and nopal cactus (opuntia, prickly pear) in combination with alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin E and minerals (zinc, chromium).

Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and chromium supports the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients: Nopal powder (33.24%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose*, filler pea fibres, cinnamon bark extract (cinnamon bark extract, carrier maltodextrin) (11.08%), zinc citrate (6.98%), alpha-lipoic acid (6.75%), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (4.72%), chromium-III-chloride hexhydrate (carrier: maltodextrin, chromium-III-chloride hexahydrate (1.11%), medium-chain triglycerides from coconut. *Vegetable capsule shell.
Composition per 1 capsule (daily dose): 50 mg cinnamon bark extract (equivalent to 500 mg cinnamon bark), 150 mg nopal powder, 30 mg R/S alpha-lipoic acid, 10 mg natural vitamin E (83.33% NRV), 10 mg zinc (100% NRV), 50 µg chromium (125% NRV).
