Espara Anti-Pollen Alchemical Essence is a dietary supplement with distillates of nettle, American nard, sea buckthorn, heart seed and lobelia. Nettle, American spikenard, sea buckthorn, heart seed, ground ivy and lobelia; produced according to a special process that goes back to Paracelsus.
